Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Summary
This site uses a small number of cookies for limited purposes: site operation, aggregate analytics, and affiliate attribution when you click an outbound link. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. EU and UK visitors see a consent banner on first visit; analytics cookies are not loaded until consent is given.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function. They include session and security cookies set by the hosting infrastructure. They cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. It collects aggregate, anonymised data on page views, session duration, and traffic sources. We do not enable demographic or interest reporting, and we do not link browsing behaviour to identifiable individuals. Google Analytics cookies are only loaded after you give consent (EU/UK visitors).
If you prefer not to be counted, you may install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Affiliate Attribution Cookies
When you click an outbound affiliate link on this site, the destination retailer's affiliate network may set a cookie in your browser to attribute any subsequent purchase to us. These cookies are set by the destination platform, not by us. The retailer's privacy policy governs that data.
Currently active affiliate programmes and their typical cookie windows:
- Amazon Associates (amazon.com) — Amazon sets a session cookie on click; if you add an item to your cart within 24 hours, a 90-day attribution cookie is set. See Amazon's privacy notice.
Additional affiliate programmes may be added as they are approved. This page will be updated to reflect any changes. You can refuse affiliate attribution by not clicking outbound links, or by using browser controls to clear cookies after visiting a retailer.
Health Data Note
We are aware that browsing health and longevity content may feel sensitive. We do not tie your browsing history on this site to identifiable individuals. Analytics data is aggregate only. No health-related browsing data is sold or shared with third parties for profiling purposes.
How to Control Cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. For general guidance, visit aboutcookies.org. To opt out of Amazon interest-based advertising, visit amazon.com/adprefs.
EU / UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU or UK, you are shown a cookie consent banner on your first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site. The banner will reappear and you can decline again.
For your broader data rights under GDPR (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection), please see our Privacy Policy or contact us using the email below.
Changes to This Policy
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will also be noted in this section.
